How we spend our days...

I never in my wildest dreams ever thought I would be a stay at home mom (though I never thought I'd have twin boys either!) Being home with them everyday is such a blessing! Since its so cold outside, I try to come up with "fun stuff" we can do inside. Thanks to working with babies at a daycare all 4 years while I was in college, I have more ideas than you could ever imagine! I love watching my boys grow and experience new things! My 1st idea consisted of putting the boys in their high chairs and pouring cold wet noodles out for them to play in. Wow- was this ever an experience! Enjoy the pictures!

Nolan & Jonas before we started....they are such happy boys :)

Bring on the noodles!! The first touch was great! The boys didn't know what to think about them! But believe me, they got the hang of it!

Nolan had noodles everywhere! How he managed to get noodles behind his ear is beyond me!

Jonas didn't want me to take them away! Look at those eyes- he was on a mission!

Nolan figured out how to throw them! Just imagine my kitchen floor :)

Jonas was amazed at how they wiggled! By the end of play time, the boys were wore out!

A weekend of Thanks!

What an amazing Thanksgiving! Jonas & Nolan had their 1st big holiday & they even got to taste some of the wonderful food mamaw made! The sweet potato casserole was their favorite- I wonder why :) We got to enjoy a day filled with family who couldn't wait to get their hands on the boys! While daddy went on a hunting trip, the boys & I enjoyed spending time with those who mean the most to us. We are so blessed to have such wonderful people to share our lives with! Enjoy the pictures!

Aunt Cindy, me, Jonas & Nolan- Aunt Cindy has the boys spoiled!

Holden & Jonas....he wanted to be the big brother for once!

Corbin & Jonas- He says he's going to teach the boys everything they need to know including how to stay away from girls!!

My precious lil boys- They are such snuggle bugs!

Lindsey came by to see the boys and couldn't believe how they were growing!

Congrats Uncle Davis!!

Uncle Davis is probably the smartest guy we know! He rocks at video games, is a computer genius, and is graduating with his Masters in Business Administration next month! Since he is graduating, he's been interviewing for the "perfect" job. A company out of Seattle flew him out for an interview...and last week he received a letter in the mail offering him the job! Uncle Davis took the job! So as soon as Aunt Cindy graduates with her Masters in Accounting in June, Uncle Davis and her are off to Seattle to live! Though mommy is very sad to see her sister and very best friend leave, she is so excited that they are getting to experience such an amazing opportunity! And we are super excited to visit Uncle Davis & Aunt Cindy in Seattle! We are hoping to spend Thanksgiving with them next year! Congrats Uncle Davis- we love you!!

In the loop

We have so many friends and family that live away but want to keep updated on our boys- so I've created this space to keep everyone "in the loop!"

Jonas Kade & Nolan Kole will be 5 months old tomorrow! It is so hard to believe! They are rolling over and trying their best to get their knees going to crawl! Life at the Raymond house is always busy and the boys keep us laughing! Jonas doesn't ever stop babbling and Nolan has this new laugh that is hysterical! I've attached some pictures- Hope you enjoy!

We finally got to bring them home!! 51/2 lbs each!
